Cookies & Tracking

Kinrally runs no advertising pixels, no third-party analytics and no cross-site tracking. Here's exactly what is stored in your browser, and how we honor Global Privacy Control.

Last updated: August 12, 2026

This page lists everything Kinrally stores in your browser and how we treat privacy signals. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

1. What we don't use

No advertising pixels, no third-party analytics, no social media trackers, no cross-site profiling and no data brokers — on this website or in the Kinrally apps. We do not sell or share personal information, and we never have. Because we set nothing beyond what is strictly necessary to make a page work, there is no consent banner to click through here.

2. What is stored in your browser

This is the complete list. Every item is strictly necessary, meaning it exists to deliver something you asked for.

Stored itemTypePurpose
Verification link tokenHeld in memory onlyWhen you open an email verification link (account confirmation, password reset or account deletion), the one-time token arrives in the page address and is held in memory for that page view only. It is never written to a cookie or to local storage, and it is gone when you close the tab.
kinrally.privacy.optOutLocal storageRemembers that you asked us not to use non-essential storage. Written only if you use the opt-out control on this page.
__cf_bmCookie, set by CloudflareThis site is served through Cloudflare, which sets a short-lived bot-management cookie to tell automated traffic from real visitors. It expires within about 30 minutes, is not readable by scripts, and is not used to profile you.
sidebar:stateCookieRemembers whether a collapsible sidebar is open. Part of our interface toolkit; it is not used on these public pages.

3. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track

We read and honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, as well as the older Do Not Track header. If your browser sends either one, we treat it as a valid opt-out request and no non-essential storage is permitted for your visit — you do not need to tell us separately. The panel below shows what we detect in your browser right now.

GPC is a browser signal, so it applies to this website. The mobile apps contain no advertising or tracking SDKs at all, so there is nothing equivalent to opt out of.

4. When you leave our site

Kinrally links out to retailers, booking sites and local service providers, and those links may carry an affiliate or referral code so we can earn a commission at no extra cost to you. As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases. Once you follow one of those links, that company sets its own cookies under its own policy — we have no control over and no visibility into what they store.

5. Your controls

You can clear or block cookies and local storage for this site in your browser settings at any time. Doing so removes your saved opt-out preference, but nothing else on the site depends on it. For data stored in the app itself, see the Privacy Policy, or delete your account at kinrally.com/delete-account.

Questions or privacy requests: privacy@kinrally.com. If we ever add analytics or any non-essential storage, we will update this page and ask for consent where the law requires it.

Checking…

Choosing to opt out writes a single value, kinrally.privacy.optOut, to this browser's local storage so we can remember it.
