How does a family code work?

One person creates the household and shares a short family code. Everyone else enters that code in the app and instantly joins the same calendar, lists, chores, and family messenger — on iPhone or Android.

How does syncing work across phones?

Family-shared content syncs to every member of your household automatically as soon as someone makes a change. 2-way sync with Google, Apple & Outlook calendars on iPhone and Android is free for everyone, so outside events show up too.

What is free and what needs Kinrally Plus?

The calendar with 2-way Google, Apple & Outlook sync, chores, ToDo lists, shopping lists, recipes, budget, manual travel plans, family messenger, community board, neighbors and circles, and the Houston events calendar are free forever. Every household also gets 1 free AI meal plan and 1 free AI travel itinerary credit. Plus is optional and adds 25 GB household storage, AI flyer scanning, AI meal planning, 3 AI travel itinerary credits per month (rolling over up to 6), Documents Vault cloud backup and encryption, and Nearby Store Alerts.

What is the AI Flyer Scanner?

Photograph a school flyer, birthday invite, or park poster and Kinrally reads the title, date, time, and location to pre-fill a calendar event. Every family gets 3 free scans; Plus includes it.

How do I delete my data?

You can delete individual items, export everything you've created, or use the delete-everything option to remove your household data. You can also email support@kinrally.com and we'll handle the deletion request.

Is Kinrally free to download?

Yes. Kinrally is free to download on iOS and Android. Kinrally Plus and storage add-ons are optional and billed per household, not per person.
